Terms and Conditions for Suppliers Registered on Best Practice User Group™ Products Review Service

These terms and conditions relate only to the Products Review Service (the service) and should be read in conjunction with the company's Standard Terms and Conditions of Trading.

Any person registering an organisation as a Supplier (herein referred to as the Registrant) is responsible for the content of that organisation's details and the details of all products listed against it. The Registrant indemnifies Best Practice User Group™ against any and all claims in regard to intellectual property right violations, defamation, misleading descriptions, faulty software or any other matter.
To protect itself against the possibility of such claims, Best Practice User Group™ reserves the right to remove any or all details without notice if it comes to the attention of Best Practice User Group™ that such a claim may become possible.
Registrants must use the correct Trade Mark symbology in any outlines of products provided. The web site pages show the main symbols and when to use them.
In the event that an organisation's details are removed from the site as a consequence of clause 2 above, Best Practice User Group™ will offer the Registrant the opportunity to correct the offending matter and, if done to the satisfaction of Best Practice User Group™, the details will be reinstated with the minimum of delay. No refund of fees will be offered or given in these circumstances, regardless of whether the organisation's details are reinstated.
The Registrant is responsible for maintaining the details provided and keeping them up to date.
The Registrant is responsible for renewing the organisation's subscription. A reminder will be sent by Best Practice User Group™ to the email address recorded in the registration details. If an organisation does not renew its subscription (including free subscriptions), its details will become temporarily suspended from the user listings. If renewal has not occurred within one month of the renewal date, the supplier's whole entry, with all associated records, may be deleted. There is no recovery of data from such a deletion.
If a supplier organisation opts to accept feedback about any of its products, that facility will be made available to users. Such feedback records will be moderated by Best Practice User Group™ to ensure that, as far as it is aware, the remarks are legal and relevant. Best Practice User Group™ neither supports nor rejects any statement made by a user in feedback comments. Such comments are the views of the user concerned and not of Best Practice User Group™. Therefore, suppliers may NOT make any statement or implication that such a remark is from Best Practice User Group™.
If a supplier considers that a feedback comment is unacceptable, the supplier must contact Best Practice User Group™ with an explanation of their reason for this. Best Practice User Group™ will consider all such matters but retains the right for itself to decide what action to take.
If a supplier completes, or causes someone else to complete, a feedback record on its own behalf, Best Practice User Group™ may remove that record without notice. The action of adding such feedback records is outside the permitted use of the service. Continued violations of this rule may result in the suspension or removal of the supplier's details. In this event, no refund of fees will be made.
A supplier may only have one registration at any one time. Options are available to cater for any number of products and the appropriate level of service should be selected. It is not permitted to register more than once in order to avoid payment of any fee.
