| Product outline: SkyEnterprise is a modular software system that builds into a complete Project Management, Time, Billing, Expense and Accountancy Package. The software is intuitive and flexible, resulting in shorter implementation time. Each of the 3 modules of SkyEnterprise is specifically designed to perform a certain function. Module 1 focuses on Time & Expense. Module 2 encompasses all the features of Module 1 (Time and Expense) as well as Project Management information, Billing and Cost control analysis. All items created in Module 1 are collected and posted to the Work in Progress Ledger. Items, activities, project and client information form the core hierarchy of the Work in Progress Ledger. However, there are an additional ten user definable classification codes available to enable you to build a multi-company, multi-currency project information, billing and cost system to meet your own specific requirements. Clients can be billed by item, activity, project or by a group of projects and the word processing capabilities enable the user to create and preview any invoice as desired. Purchase orders or any other ad hoc charges can also be billed as required. Fixed Fees are simply created by scheduling billing and income, from which invoices can be automatically or manually created. Users are able to review or report at any level using multiple levels of criteria to drilldown and pinpoint cost and billing information. As with Module 1, all findings and reports can be graphically illustrated. In addition, we also have a third Module, which includes all the features outlined in the previous modules, as well as Accounting. Module 3 forms a comprehensive integrated multi-company, multi-currency financial accounting system.
