Best Practice User Group™ Membership Pricing

Membership fees depend on the number of people you wish to register and whether you are based in the UK or overseas. Note that UK-based members cannot subscribe to the International option. The membership year runs from the end of the month in which you join.

There are two main Grades of membership: Individual and Corporate.

Individual membership is for one person wishing to have access to the members' web site and other benefits. They may attend as many workshops in the UK as they wish, at no additional charge. Workshop and conference attendance is not transferable to anyone else. Members are entitled to one discounted place at The International Congress for Project, Programme and Risk Management per year as part of their package of benefits. They also receive one copy of Project Manager Today magazine. Individual members are entitled to one vote at General Meetings.

Corporate membership is for an organisation that wishes a number of its staff to benefit from membership. The organisation may nominate as many people as it pleases to have web site access to our resources and workshop places, subject to availability and a 'fair use' policy. All their staff receive discounted places at The International Congress for Project, Programme and Risk Management. Up to five copies of Project Manager Today magazine may be requested. Corporate organisations are entitled to one vote at General Meetings.

In addition to the 'basic' package of benefits above, members may attend the Members' Annual Conference by paying a fee. This fee can be added to the membership package at the time of joining or renewing and, if that is done, the conference fee is substantially discounted. Members also receive a discount to attend the BPUG International Congress. The following table shows the fees with and without conference places.

Both Individual and Corporate members may attend the International Congress at the reduced rate of £550.

Corporate members may purchase additional places at the members' conference at the time of joining or at a later date. If purchased while joining, members' conference places are charged at an additional £120 each. If purchased separately, they are charged at £165 each.

Large organisations may wish to purchase a bespoke membership package that includes members' conference places, Congress places and/or dedicated workshops. Please let us know your requirements and we will discuss this with you.

Project Manager Today subscriptions are for postal copies only and do not include access to the PMT web site.

Each membership includes a single vote at General Meetings.

Please add VAT at 15% to all fees. This includes International Members (as the service provided by Best Practice User Group™ is delivered within the UK).

International Members do not receive Project Manager Today and are not guarantors of BPUG® so have not vote.

Upgrading: If you wish to upgrade, you will need to pay for a whole year at the upgraded rate and your membership will be extended accordingly. You will receive a rebate of your current rate in proportion to the time left to run. (The rebate for unused membership will be calculated according to what you actually paid.)
